Gemerik Super Heated Water Shower Sterilizers are specially designed for the terminal sterilization of pharmaceutical products such as LVP, SVP, IV bags, glass bottles, plastic bottles, and pouches. Using a controlled hot water spray system, these sterilizers provide uniform heat distribution while maintaining product integrity, making them ideal for heat-sensitive liquid formulations.
The system features a closed-loop water circulation process with precise PLC-based control of temperature, pressure, and sterilization cycles. Advanced overpressure counterbalancing technology prevents container deformation, leakage, and breakage during sterilization, ensuring safe, reliable, and GMP-compliant operation for modern pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities.
Basic Features
- Applications : for LVP (Large Volume Parenterals), SVP (Small Volume Parenterals), IV Bags, Glass Bottles, Plastic Bottles, and Pouches.
- Forced water circulation in a closed-loop system through a shell-and-tube heat exchanger ensures uniform heat distribution during the sterilization cycle.
- Overpressure counterbalancing technology prevents cracking, breakage, leakage, and deformation of plastic bottles caused by internal product pressure.
- Water is heated up to 121°C in a shell-and-tube heat exchanger and continuously circulated within the chamber, where it acts as the sterilizing medium.
- Compressed air is introduced into the chamber to maintain pressure equal to the internal container pressure throughout the sterilization process.
- PLC-based automatic control continuously regulates chamber pressure, temperature, and process parameters for reliable operation.
- Precisely controlled heating, holding, and cooling cycles ensure effective sterilization and consistent product quality.
